Customisation is our speciality and our in house tooling enables us to manufacture according to our customer's requirements. With our modern manufacturing methods we are able to produce quantities from one to one million.

Continuous hinges can be produced in thickness from 0.7mm to 3.0mm and open widths from 19mm up to 200mm on certain sizes. The standard stock lengths are 1.83mts or 2mts. Although longer lengths can be made to order. The advantages of this product are:

Our accurate cropping service provides a good clean finish for short lengths or continuous hinge and needs no de-burring for normal usage. The 'in stock' products are supplied without holes (blanks), if required holes or slots can be pierced either to our standard pattern or to your drawing.

We have a standard range of lift-off hinges starting at 40mm long and increasing to 100mm in various thickness and materials. Other lengths can be made to order. Our lift-off products can be supplied with holes if required, either to our standard pattern or to customers' own design.

Our butt hinges come in various sizes from 25mm upwards with stainless steel and mild steel normally kept in stock, and again can be supplied with holes if required ether to our standard pattern or to customer's own design.

Swaging, offsetting, countersinking, forming, notching and trimming can further customise both our lift-off and butt products.
